Hard-shell, soft-shell, culls and split-tail, live or cooked-to-order, banded and graded by weight class.
LOT 02Crab & Shellfish
Blue crab, Jonah crab, littleneck and cherrystone clams, oysters, mussels and steamers.
LOT 03Fresh Fish
Day-boat fluke, striped bass, black sea bass, salmon fillets and swordfish loins, cut to spec.
LOT 04Frozen Seafood
IQF shrimp, dry scallops, calamari rings and tubes, and portioned fish fillets.
